Over the past 25 years of international experience, Hervé has conducted corporate mergers and acquisitions, led organizational transformations and supported change management and empowered women and men in their individual and collective challenges.
Today, Hervé uses his skills to help developing the awareness of the individual impact within a collective environment.
His holistic and humanistic approach helps to release the unsuspected resources of individuals and groups. Hervé is passionate about the ability to combine personal and business alignment within organizations.

Hervé is a certified executive coach (PCC/ICF), The Leadership Circle Profile certified and Collective Leadership Assessment practitioner, Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and hold an Executive MBA at HEC Paris.
He has also contributed to write the book “Practices of Spiritual Leaders” and he is member of the board of Spiritual and Strategic alumni clubs of HEC school in Paris.
